Lost in Translation
Four years later Carolyn have caught the Lost bug. Thanks to Netflix we've just finished season 1 and have moved season 2 to the top of the queue. The whole time I've been convinced that Hugo "Hurley" was that guy from Armegeddon and earlier, Herman's Head (91-94 sitcom). Does anyone remember that show at all? They have a similar voice and "look" but Jorge Garcia (Hurley) is not Ken Hudson Campbell (Animal) ---- just like Paul Prudhomme (K-Paul, Chef Paul) is not Dom DeLuise (Cannonball Run).

I remember Herman's Head though I think we're the only ones and I'm pretty sure the Numbers guy wants to forget it.
I found this blog because I too thought Jorge and Ken were the same person. I'm watching Armageddon and I kept saying "where, besides Herman's Head is this guy from" then I shouted Hurley. My only apprehension was that Ken looks older than Jorge.
Just started watching Lost on Netflix. I was convinced that Jorge was Ken as well, but just kept thinking he should be older. Same voice, same look, then I thought maybe it's his kid, so went and looked up Herman's Head to find out.
Guess it makes just the three of us that remembered Herman's head, everyone I ask have never heard of it!
